Executive Director

Maria Collins joined We Care in May 2025 as the Executive Director and brings a wealth of experience in driving organizational growth through employee engagement programs to fostering community relationships.   

Maria is no stranger to We Care, as she has been a We Care volunteer for over 30 years, where she has supported the organization from the execution of fundraising events, to mentoring children with physical disABILITIES, helping them to focus on their ABILITIES.  She is excited to continue her mission, through the food service industry, to make a difference in the lives of Easter Seal kids and find ways to enhance their camping experience.  

With over 25 years of progressive, senior leadership experience, Maria has provided strategic guidance and oversight to global and national retailers, hospitality and non-for-profit organizations.  While she is deeply committed and passionate about the cause, Maria’s results-driven leadership style and commitment to empowering individuals living with disabilities make them the perfect fit to guide We Care toward new heights of positive impacts, growth and success.
