Paolo DiManno is the Chief Operating Officer of The Burger’s Priest (Recipe Unlimimited) . He majored in Economics then went to Culinary school, this blend of disciplines led to progressive roles in foodservice where has worked in operations, training, marketing, and procurement. Paolo is a former Board Member at the Chicken Farmers of Canada (CFC) where he represented Restaurants Canada and chaired both the Consumer Relations and Audit Committees.
