Nicole Singh is a senior labour and employment lawyer at the international law firm Fasken. Nicole regularly advises public and private sector employers on a wide range of issues, including labour disputes, grievance arbitrations, human rights and accommodation, workplace investigations, employment standards, employment contracts and terminations, and wrongful dismissals.

Nicole is passionate about education and mentorship of adolescents. She runs the Laws in Action Within Schools (“LAWS”) mentorship program at Fasken. LAWS is a partnership between the University of Toronto, Osgoode Hall Law School, and the Toronto District School Board designed to support, guide, and motivate high school students who have a keen interest in law.

Nicole completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in criminology at York University in Toronto. She then graduated from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014. She joined the We Care Board of Directors in 2021.
