Mark is the President & COO at Smoke’s Poutinerie Inc. He oversee all facets of Smoke’s Poutinerie business including US Franchising Inc. (their business in the US), Smoke’s Poutinerie Sports & Entertainment Inc. (their Non-Traditional restaurant channels business) and all Smoke’s Poutinerie International Business Development.
He is a seasoned QSR franchising professional with a wealth of International and Domestic franchise & development experience. With over 35 years in the Food industry with McDonalds, Second Cup Coffee Company, Extreme Brandz (Extreme Pita & Mucho Burrito) MTY Food Group. He joined the Rock N’ Roll Gravy Train with Smoke’s Poutinerie 10+ years ago.
He is married to his wife Kristy, and they have an 8-year daughter Kilie. He likes to enjoy their country property with their six animals. He also enjoys playing golf and traveling with his family.
